The new ‘Gifting With Impact’ collection brings together hampers, wine and Christmas bakes, all handmade at The Clink’s training bakery by prisoners learning hospitality skills for their final six to eighteen months inside.
At the centre of the range is The Clink Bakery Celebration Hamper (£95.00), pairing a bottle of Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2020 with festive cookies, St Clements shortbread, cheddar and parmesan sablés, morello cherry jam, spiced mixed nuts, chocolate salami, panforte, mince pies, Clink truffles and stollen bites. For a cosier alternative, The Clink Bakery Teatime Hamper (£75.00) is built around Nemi English Breakfast Tea and two Clink Bakery mugs, alongside shortbread, mince pies, jam, stollen bites, chocolate salami, spiced cookies, truffles and nuts.

Every item in the collection is produced by students training in The Clink Bakery at HMP Brixton. Delivered through accredited training, real work experience and structured mentoring, the programme equips learners with recognised qualifications and the confidence to apply them on release.
