Formula E today announced that tickets for the 2024 Hankook London E-Prix are now on sale with ExCeL London set to host the dramatic conclusion to the biggest season in Formula E history.

Formula E revealed last night that next year’s milestone Season 10 will feature 17 races for the first time, with a double-header of races in London on Saturday, 20 July and Sunday, 21 July 2024 for a spectacular world championship finale weekend.

Season 10 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship begins in Mexico City on Saturday, 13 January 2024. The season continues in Diriyah, Hyderabad, São Paulo, Tokyo, Misano, Monaco, Berlin, Shanghai and Portland before the London climax.

Both London races sold out last season with fans who were lucky enough to get a ticket cheering on as four drivers went into the final weekend with a chance of winning the coveted world title. Hometown hero Jake Dennis, Andretti Formula E Team driver, won the battle to claim his first world championship. Envision Racing took the Teams’ world championship in the closing laps of the final race.

The Hankook London E-Prix takes place on the world’s only indoor/outdoor street circuit, with 22-turns which take drivers inside and outside the ExCeL London exhibition centre, creating a unique experience for drivers and fans.

Jake Dennis, Andretti Formula E Team driver and 2023 Formula E World Champion, said:
“The London E-Prix is special for me and one of my favourite races on the calendar. I’ve got some great memories at the unique indoor-outdoor track and racing in front of my home crowd always adds an extra layer of excitement. The support from the fans and the atmosphere they produce is always incredible and I’ll never forget when I secured the Drivers’ world championship there last season. I can’t wait to go back and experience the whole event again. It’s definitely a race that you don’t want to miss.”

Last season also featured the debut of the GEN3 – the fastest, lightest, most powerful and efficient electric race car ever built – in what was the most competitive season yet in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. Record-breaking speeds, lap times, overtakes and race leaders makes it one of the most unpredictable, exciting and entertaining championships in world motorsport.

Alberto Longo, Co-Founder & Chief Championship Officer, Formula E, said:
“Fans at the London races last season were part of a dramatic storyline as both world titles were decided on that final weekend. Formula E has proved again and again that it delivers the most competitive world championship motorsport where the winner isn’t decided halfway through the season and we expect the same next season. Fans can be sure of an unforgettable live motor racing experience with the unique fusion of speed, strategy and entertainment that makes Formula E the future of motorsport.”

Off the track, the Allianz Fan Village is a fan festival at the heart of every E-Prix offering a full day of entertainment, exploration and innovation for the whole family.

Big names music acts performing at the 2024 Hankook London E-Prix will be announced soon. Last season, Tinie Tempah and Elle Eyre performed in London, with the likes of John Legend, Miguel, French Montana and DJ Martin Garix entertaining fans at Formula E races around the world.

Hankook return as the London event’s title sponsor in Season 10, having previously sponsoring the event last season. This will serve as one of three Hankook race title sponsorships across the season.
