Uber Eats brings Ynyshir to your kitchen table, as the UK’s best restaurant comes to London

The UK’s best restaurant, Ynyshir is coming from the rolling Welsh countryside to London for three nights. Gareth Ward, the renowned Chef Owner of Ynyshir, has developed the ultimate tasting menu and optional wine pairing, available exclusively through Uber Eats.

The menu itself includes dishes such as A5 Ribeye, BBQ Lobster & Tiramisu. It will be available to Uber One users exclusively on the first night (6th December), and then will be open to everyone for nights two and three (7th and 8th December).

Ynyshir is known for the bold flavours created by industry giant Gareth Ward, resulting in being awarded two Michelin Stars and worldwide fame for the restaurant. The restaurant’s 30+ course tasting menu spans a 4-5 hour period, journeying through global cuisines, soundtracked by a live vinyl DJ with a glitterball covering the dining room with shards of light.

The food isn’t the only journey at Ynyshir, the restaurant itself is located in the rolling Welsh countryside, visitors from London embark on a ten hour round trip just for the chance to taste Gareth’s exquisite flavours.

Uber Eats have launched a new series, Uber Eats Hosts, which will bring the world’s most renowned restaurants alongside new and exciting culinary talent to your home, creating unique dining experiences that are available for a limited time only. Kicking things off is the highly regarded Welsh restaurant, Ynyshir, which was recently announced as the UK’s Best Restaurant 2023 at the National Restaurant Awards for the second year in a row and is an icon of the UK restaurant scene.

For this unique partnership, Ynyshir will be stepping outside of Wales and taking up residency in London to deliver a 10-course tasting menu for two people to enjoy at home, priced at £200, giving a sample of Ynyshir’s bold flavours and incredible world produce. To complete the full fine dining experience, a unique wine pairing has also been created to enjoy alongside the incredible flavours for £50.

The tasting menu will be available to Uber Eats customers located in London on 6th, 7th and 8th of December, priced at £200. The meal includes 10 courses, designed to be shared between two people.
