Whether it’s spotting two magpies on the way to work, catching 11:11 on the clock or cracking open an egg and finding a double yolk, Brits have always looked for little signs of luck to start the day right.
Now, Lotto, the Nation’s Millionaire Maker, is bringing that feeling to the table with Two Yolks: Lotto’s Luckiest Café – a London brunch pop-up inspired by the belief that some things simply feel luckier in twos.
Created to celebrate New Lotto, where every £2 ticket now gives players twochances to win, the café takes its cue from the idea that luck is often served in twos.
Taking over Old Queen Street Café in London from Friday 12th to Saturday 13th June, with a single 2:22pm session on Friday 12th, and both a 10:10am and 2:22pm session on Saturday 13th, a playful nod to angel numbers, often seen as a modern symbol of luck among Brits. Guests will enjoy lucky dishes, including a classic double-yolk fry-up, a pair of brioche pastries inspired by a classic Bakewell Tart, and a winner winner chicken schnitzel.
The luck doesn’t stop at the plate. Attendees will dine to a lucky soundtrack and enjoy instant wins and playful giveaways, – all designed to inspire the feeling that it could be you.
