Barrecore, London’s leading boutique barre workout, is opening a brand-new studio on Islington’s Upper Street.
Barrecore, which uses dance-inspired moves to build a stronger, leaner body is a workout synonymous with the lithe and athletic bodies of Jourdan Dunn, Rita Ora and Pippa Middleton – all vocal fans of Barrecore.
The Islington studio, which opens on 22nd February will be the tenth Barrecore studio in London and will sit alongside locations such as Chelsea, Mayfair, Hampstead and Notting Hill, as well as Barrecore’s popular library of online workouts.
Founder and celebrity trainer Niki Rein explains why Barrecore has proved so popular with A-listers and fitness fans alike; “Barrecore is a low-intensity workout which incorporates a fat-burning format of interval training, making it kind on the body but incredibly effective. The Barrecore method is about exhausting each major muscle group, with static stretches which lengthen and strengthen the body from top to toe. It’s also a hugely enjoyable workout to do one-to-one or in a group environment.”
During the launch weekend, the studio is open to all with complimentary drinks, special offers on barre classes, mini-manicures, professional fitness consultations and goodie bags.
With beautiful locker room facilities and stunning attention to detail throughout the interior, the new studio will bring a breath of fresh air to the Islington fitness scene.
