Canada Water is fast becoming one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods – and this summer, it’s serving up a fresh mix of art, eats and experiences in Zone 2 London.
From a giant immersive art installation and an outdoor screen to padel courts and pop-up dining, the summer line-up has something for everyone – whether you’re planning a date night, a weekend with friends, a family day out, or romanticising your ‘5–9 after the 9–5’.
Step into a musical garden
An immersive musical garden has just landed at Canada Water – inviting visitors to experience a vibrant mix of light, sound and play.
Trumpet Flowers is a towering interactive installation curated by Australian-based artists Amigo & Amigo. Inspired by vintage gramophones and New Orleans jazz, its luminous trumpet-shaped blooms light up and play live recorded melodies when activated by passers-by.
First commissioned in 2019, Trumpet Flowers has toured internationally and its arrival at Canada Water marks its UK debut. Designed to be explored and interacted with, the installation brings a new cultural moment to London and can be enjoyed by all ages.
Made for ‘golden hour’, it’s the ultimate backdrop for TikTok and Instagram. With food, drinks and live music nearby, Trumpet Flowers is the perfect way to kick off a summer evening in the capital, with the installation on display until 22nd September.
