BOXPARK welcomes axe throwing and crazy golf to London venues

All London BOXPARK venues have reopened with outdoor dining spaces this spring, and in addition to a new line-up of street food traders, two spankin’ new leisure activities will be coming to its Croydon and Wembley outlets.

Opening on 17 May when indoor leisure returns, BOXPARK welcomes Bad Axe Throwing and Pop Golf to its immersive Eat.Drink.Play experience. Both leisure activities encourage competitive socialising and provide fantastic entertainment for all occasions – birthday parties, stag and hen parties, corporate events and team building, as well as more low-key link-ups.

BOXPARK Croydon is introducing its very first leisure concept, following its Wembley sibling’s footsteps as Bad Axe Throwing launch its second UK venue in the Cronx. Thrill seekers can head to the upper deck at BOXPARK Croydon to get in on all the action with Bad Axe Throwing, the world’s largest urban axe throwing company, whilst enjoying delicious street food from more than 30 traders.

Bookings for Bad Axe Throwing in BOXPARK’s Croydon and Wembley can be made online via the website https://badaxethrowing.com/ and there’s also walk-in availability which can be seen on the locations’ page.

At BOXPARK Wembley, Pop Golf is set to offer a completely unique social experience for crazy golfers and 21st century pop music fans, built on the belief that nothing brings people together like music and play. The ultimate playground for pop lovers, Pop Golf features a course of nine pop-themed holes paired with a killer sound system, including popular tunes such as Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’. Visit Pop Golf’s website www.popgolf.com to register interest and receive 50% off tickets for your first crazy golf experience.

Both leisure providers will feature a fully-licensed bar serving cocktails and snacks. From 17 May, they open with Covid-19 safety measures in place including digital menus, a robust cleaning regimen, face covering policies, sanitising stations and more for a socially distanced, fun experience.
