Some of the UK’s most celebrated BBQ and street food vendors are heading to East London this summer, as Country BBQ Festival takes over Riverside East on Saturday 4 July 2026.
Bringing together a heavyweight line-up of pitmasters, burger specialists and smokehouse favourites, the festival will showcase dishes from renowned operators including Bodeans, Bang Bang Burger, Gurts Wings, Smoking Dreams BBQ and Texas BBQ, creating a one-day destination for barbecue lovers and food enthusiasts alike.
Taking place from 2pm until 10pm at Riverside East in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Country BBQ Festival combines authentic BBQ, craft beer, live country music and Americana-inspired entertainment in a unique summer celebration.
Visitors can expect everything from slow-smoked brisket and ribs to award-winning burgers and wings, alongside a carefully curated drinks offering and music designed to bring the spirit of a Southern summer gathering to London.
Alongside the food, guests can enjoy country music throughout the day and crowd-favourite attractions including a bucking bronco, blending great food with laid-back festival energy.
The event takes place over the Independence Day weekend, making it one of London’s standout celebrations of American food and culture this summer.
