New York-inspired restaurant and bar brand Dirty Bones is turning up the volume on weekend brunch with the launch of a brand new bottomless offering, landing in both Soho and Oxford branches.

Known for its cult-status comfort food and hip hop energy, Dirty Bones is doubling down on what it does best – and this time, it’s all about waffles.

Already famous for its Chicken & Waffle and Duck & Waffle, the brand has gone all out with five heavy-hitting waffle dishes, all made fresh to order using their own in-house recipe. Expect everything from crispy fried chicken with maple syrup to BBQ pulled beef and indulgent blueberry stacks. Oh and gluten free gang, they’ve got your backs.

For £45 per person, guests can enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless drinks (no need to stick to the same drink all day either!) alongside their choice of main and sides. Drinks wise, you can mix and match between their premium cocktails, spritzes, bubbles, beer or alcohol-free alternatives.

The drinks offering is where Dirty Bones really sets itself apart. Think showstopping cocktails including twists on Aperol and Hugo spritz, alongside what the team claims is one of the best Spicy Dirty Marys in London.

Importantly, the alcohol-free options aren’t an afterthought. The menu features standout serves created with Three Spirit, alongside AF beer and wine – giving guests a proper choice, whatever their vibe.

Dirty Bones has also pushed its development chefs to rethink the menu with accessibility in mind, with a strong focus on gluten-free dishes that don’t compromise on flavour.

Alongside the waffles, the menu also includes Dirty Bones classics like the Dirty Breakfast Burger, Steak & Eggs and loaded Breakfast Fries, making it as much about indulgence as it is variety.

Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm, the new brunch is designed to be dirty, indulgent and high-energy – all set to a hip hop soundtrack with NYC block party vibes, just as a Dirty Bones weekend should be.

Alongside the new brunch, Dirty Bones has also reintroduced its “WINGSDAY” offer – available Sunday to Thursday, with unlimited wings and a choice of sides for £16 per person. In a climate like this, it’s hard to argue with that.
