FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters returns to London on June 18th

The Undisputed Masters and the UK B-Boy Championships join forces once more to present the stage for the world’s greatest breakers ready to battle it out at the FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London.

Over 100 breakers, including top international Olympic contenders such as Phil Wizard (CAN), Kid Karam (UK) and B-Girl Stefani (UK) and B-Girl Jilou (GER) are set to compete.

Last year, Phil Wizard (CAN) won the inaugural Solo Men battle, Nicka (LIT) won the Solo Women battle and SMAC with Attitude (WLD) took home the win in the Crew battle category.

This year, the audience can expect to see jaw-dropping moves as breakers battle it out during highly anticipated battles on the ultimate Undisputed Masters stage.

The Competitions

The FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters is divided in three categories: Open Solo Men battle, Open Solo Women battle, Open Crew battle (6 vs 6). The battles will be judged by: Skim (KOR), Crumbs (USA), Candy (USA), Focus (FIN) and Renegade (UK).

All final and semi-final winners will receive prize money:
1st Place solo Men £ 1.000

2nd Place solo Men £400

1st Place solo Women £ 1.000

2nd Place solo Women £ 400

1st Place Crew £ 4.000

2nd Place Crew £ 1.200

In addition, the winners of the Solo Men – and the Solo Women battle will receive an invitation to participate at the FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters event in Tokyo on March 16th and 17th, 2024.

The event in London will be hosted by an acclaimed international line up of MC’s and DJ’s:

MC Killa Kela (UK)

Killa Kela is an international award-winning artist & presenter who pioneered the art of beatboxing live and on record. He is a member of the legendary New York Hip Hop organisation, The Rocksteady Crew and collaborated with artists such as Pharrell, Prince, John Peele, Basement Jaxx, Ed Sheeran, Snoop Dogg & Dizzee Rascal to name a few. Kela has served as a major label artist and an underground voice for over 20 years, inspiring a beatbox generation whilst being recognised across the Street Culture landscape.

MC Swifty (UK)

Swifty started dancing as a B-Boy at the age of 19. He picked up the mic in 2006 to host local jams. Since then, he’s been hosting some of the biggest breaking events such as UK B-Boy Championships, Red Bull BC One, The Notorious IBE and of course the FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters.

DJ Khan Fu (UK)

DJ Khan Fu was born in Germany but settled in the UK after living in the Netherlands and Pakistan. He started DJing in 2010 and has built an international reputation since then. DJ Khan Fu is known for mixing traditional breaks and funk samples with hip-hop and rap beats.

DJ Nobunga (HOL)

Born in the city of Enschede in The Netherlands Joey Lewing started breaking in his teenage years. With his crew Extraordinary Gentlemen (EXG) he competed in the world’s top breaking competitions. In 2008 he joined the world-famous Osaka based breaking crew Ichigeki, who’s members gave him the name Nobunaga. As DJ Nobunaga he grew to become one of the most popular Breaking DJ’s of the past decade. Nobunaga played at all major Breaking events across the world and is praised for his use of drums and rhythms in edited tracks that can be considered as his signature sound.
