The Little Houses Group in London is a pioneering initiative dedicated to redefining the concept of family clubs and community hubs. With a vision centered around making family life easier, more enjoyable, and fulfilling, the group introduces a series of innovative spaces, starting with the flagship location, Jaego’s House, situated in Kensal Rise.
Jaego’s House establishes its presence in London and aims to transform traditional parenting paradigms, creating a supportive and engaging community where families can thrive. It provides a welcoming and accessible space for families, whilst also opening to the public as a fun and inclusive destination.
Situated along the picturesque canal of Kensal Rise, Jaego’s House spans an impressive 20,000 sq ft, offering a myriad of amenities tailored to cater to every member of the family. From children to grown-ups, the Little House is a haven for quality family time and individual pursuits.
The primary purpose of the club at large is to provide families, children, and the general public with a high-quality space for both childcare and education, prioritizing the health and personal development of all those involved.
Going beyond the ordinary, the club boasts a range of facilities including co-working space, lounge areas, treatment rooms, studios, and fitness classes. The waterside restaurant and café offer delightful culinary experiences, while an Ofsted registered nursery, housed in a beautiful Grade II listed building adjoining the club, ensures the little ones are well cared for in a nurturing environment.
As for the recent gym design, a premium workout space was pursued to provide a private and dedicated training space for parents to find a reprieve, all the while experiencing the ultimate gym experience.
Jaego’s House New Gym
The primary goal of the new gym design was to curate a bespoke facility that fosters an environment of inclusion and wellness, all the while providing a premium fitness experience for all members to enjoy.
Specializing the training space around cardio workouts, the new gym provides parents with an array of premium fitness equipment, ultimately achieving the goal of creating a comprehensive training experience tending to various training styles and fitness goals. This was achieved through function and a meticulous design process, maximizing the workout environment, and ensuring its members an optimal fitness space with different workout areas.
Beginning this build design wasn’t so simple during the initial process. Due to the lack of experience of the primary Stakeholders in the fitness industry, the team at Stronger Wellness was given the task and the challenge of consulting and proposing the new gym design and install for Jaego’s House.
This was achieved through the following key points:
The comprehensive approach of the new gym extended beyond the traditional aspects of flooring and equipment, taking into account every detail from lighting ambiance to sub-flooring and overall building infrastructure.
Recognizing the gym’s location constraints, such as limited natural lighting and scenic views, a creative solution was implemented for the interior. Premium interactive cardio equipment featuring iFIT Technology was installed. This cutting-edge technology not only addresses the lack of natural light but also provides an immersive fitness experience. Users can engage in coach-led workouts, access on-demand exercise routines, participate in live fitness events, and enjoy personalized studio classes, making the workout experience engaging and enjoyable.

The end result was nothing short of incredible; immersive, coach-led fitness experiences, on-demand workouts, live events, personalized classes, and more, all in the confines of a premium and aesthetic facility.
