May 11th will see the first in a series of exclusive supper clubs hosted by Ceri Jones of the award winning Natural Kitchen Adventures brand take place at Benk + Bo in East London. With a passion for seasonal vegetables and creating vibrancy on the dinner plate, Ceri will serve a 3-course veg-centric feast, inspired by the best produce of the spring season for 40 guests.
On the evening, guests will be welcomed with a Natural Kitchen Adventures gin cocktail with a dash of Fentimans tonic, before sitting down to an evening of seasonally inspired eating.
Ceri is a natural chef, food writer and tutor who trained at the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California. During her training, she was introduced to the idea of eating with the seasons, and her passion was ignited for creating dishes around seasonal produce, rather than based on the latest diet or trend. Through Natural Kitchen Adventures Ceri shares her tips and tricks for eating in this way with everything from healthy mid-week suppers to innovative dishes which utilise root to stalk eating.
