We had a brief chat with him:

How did the idea come about?

ER: Like all great ideas, we came up with the concept over cod & chips, literally! We knew there was an opportunity to bring smart digital technology to the laundry industry, however, we needed to conclude our research and insight until we landed on the on-demand model that is Laundrapp today.

What are your growth/expansion plans and how do you plan on doing this?

ER: In the UK, Laundrapp’s service is available in 100 towns and cities. It has been downloaded over 1/4 million times since launch and is one of the UK’s fastest growing on-demand tech businesses. By licensing our ‘Powered by Laundrapp’ platform to major entrepreneurs and laundry franchises in other countries we’re able to scale extremely quickly internationally.
