Renowned chef Nima Safaei’s popular Soho restaurant, 64 Old Compton Street, has introduced a delicious pre-theatre menu. Just steps away from Shaftesbury Avenue and Cambridge Circus, which are both lined with West End theatres, 64 Old Compton Street is giving theatre goers the perfect opportunity to indulge before the show starts.

This specially selected menu includes classic authentic Italian dishes like a bruschetta starter topped with fresh tomatoes and basil, a selection of pizza and homemade pasta dishes followed by a mixture of decadent hot and cold desserts like pistachio tiramisu. Guests can also choose between a glass of wine or a soft drink.

The house red pairs beautifully with indulgent pasta dishes like classic hand-made spaghetti and melt-in-your-mouth meatballs, while a glass of crisp house white is a refreshing addition to the mixed berry compote panna cotta dessert.

Crafted with West End matinee audiences in mind, the pre-theatre menu is available during the day, making it the ideal choice for those attending afternoon performances (that typically begin between 2pm and 3pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays). Designed for speedy yet relaxed dining, the two-course menu ensures guests can enjoy an authentic Italian meal without feeling rushed, whether they’re heading to the theatre, exploring Soho, or visiting London as a tourist looking for a memorable dining experience in the heart of the city’s theatre district.
