OpenTable, the world’s leading restaurant booking service, has partnered with renowned pan-Asian restaurant, inamo, to rustle up the ultimate mood-boosting menu and raise essential Vitamin D levels during the SAD-inducing days of January, available next week from Tuesday 23rd – Sunday 28th.

With Britons seeing an average of less than 10 hours of daylight a week during the winter months[1], it’s hard for the body to get a sufficient amount of Vitamin D, which is crucial for healthy bones, muscle and immune systems. Shorter days coupled with long working hours and a lack of lunch breaks means that many go outside for just one hour and three minutes during the average winter working day.

OpenTable has partnered with award-winning restaurant, inamo, to create a one-of-a-kind mood-boosting menu packed full of Vitamin D-rich foods, the 3-course set menu is bursting with essential ‘sunshine’ vitamin, available for one week in January.

The delicious dishes include starter options that already provide over or nearly half the RDA of Vitamin D intake (400 UI / 10mcg)[2] usually received from 30 minutes in the sun, such as the Salmon Tataki (370 UI) – a fresh Scottish salmon sashimi finished with a sweet miso & yuzu marinade, Tuna Sashimi (210 UI) – succulent slices of fresh tuna served on a shoestring daikon salad, or Beef Tataki (170 UI) – rare British fillet steeped in ginger and ponzu sauce. Followed by the perfect sharing main, with the choice of either Singapore Noodles – egg & vermicelli noodles infused with an oyster & ginger sauce with pork belly, prawn, chicken, crunchy peppers, beansprouts & fried shallots, or Grilled Salmon Teriyaki & Rice. Finally, satisfy any sweet tooth with the light choice of the Chef’s daily selection of the finest ice creams, or the irresistibly velvety Baileys & Oreo Cheesecake.

The incredible Asian fusion cuisine and unique technology means the dining experience at inamo brings guests both entertainment and great taste, through a fun interactive dining experience.
