This week Red Dog Saloon launched a brand new mouth-watering brunch menu at its Soho restaurant.
The authentic Austin barbeque joint and dive bar has been inspired by some of the spice and flavours of Mexico, and is now open earlier for breakfast at its Soho site, with its Southampton brunch menu launching on 10th September.
In light of the Government’s new 10pm rule – brunch is back on the menu and more popular than ever. So set your alarms and get down to Red Dog Saloon from 9am to 1pm to tuck into a truly delicious brunch with friends.
In true Red Dog Saloon-style, the new menu is a melting pot of cultures and flavours, heavily inspired by Austin barbeque flavours and the Mexican street food scene. Top picks include Huevos Rancheros, a warming dish loaded with tortillas, eggs, queso fresco, avo and pinto beans, as well as Tacos de Desayuno for Red Dog’s spin on the classic breakfast taco with scrambled eggs and chorizo.
Other brunch favourites include Smoked Brisket Hash; Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes with whipped butter and maple syrup, The American Fry with home fries and smoked pinto beans, and Red Dog’s version of the healthy Acai Bowl using açai na tigela, the Brazilian super berry from Pará and Amazonas. Wash it all down with a signature Red Dog Mary cocktail, or a choice of smoothies, juices and hot drinks.
Each Red Dog restaurant has a number of measurements in place to keep both staff and diners safe and healthy. Measurements include track and trace codes, one-use menus, a one-way system throughout and socially distanced tables.
The new brunch menu is available now at Red Dog Saloon in Soho and on 10thSeptember at its Southampton site from 9am until 1pm.
