With the pressures of a 14 hour day getting to me, I decided to stop by Pivaz in Epping for an impromptu meal.

The opulent setting of velvet covered arm chairs and seating together with elegant lighting in one of the most convivial atmosphere’s I have ever dined in made this a knockout experience at first glance.

Greeted by the warm smiles of energetic staff who were ready to take my order I took a seat, deep breathe and I was driven into another world.

The Menu:

For starters I had the SPICY STIR-FRIED OCTOPUS, For my mains my heart melted with the PIVAZ MIXED KEBAB which boasts of An assortment of chicken shish, lamb shish,Adana, chicken wings, and a lamb chop and finally for dessert the CHOCOLATE FONDANT which featured a warm chocolate soufflé with liquid chocolate centre was everything I wanted it to be.

Money Matters:

Yes my budget was very tight, for starters, mains and desert plus 2 glasses for wine – £55 for one.

My Verdict: 4/5

“A convivial dining experience aided by quick service, tongue tickling food and a setting to die for.”
