Searcys Unveils Hidden Rooftop Terraces Across London

As demand for outdoor entertaining continues to rise, Searcys is unveiling a collection of rooftop terrace spaces across London, offering elevated settings for summer events in some of the capital’s most distinctive locations.
From Westminster to Fitzrovia, each terrace brings a different perspective of the city, combining open-air environments with flexible event formats suited to everything from summer receptions to private dining and large-scale celebrations.
Surveyors House – Westminster
Overlooking one of London’s most recognisable landmarks, Big Ben, the rooftop terrace at Surveyors House offers an intimate setting among the towers and spires of Westminster. In partnership with Bolney Wine Estate, the space accommodates up to 35 guests and features a selection of English sparkling wines alongside Searcys’ own-label Champagne, complemented by seasonal canapés, bowl food and sharing menus.

41 Portland Place
The terrace at 41 Portland Place is an open-air space framed by olive and eucalyptus trees, creating a garden-like setting in central London. Suitable for a range of summer events, the terrace offers flexible catering options, from relaxed BBQs to more structured al fresco dining for up to 40 guests and 120 with adjoining spaces. As evening falls, subtle lighting transforms the space for after-dark gatherings.

30 Euston Square
30 Euston Square is a Grade II* listed venue with a rooftop terrace well suited to summer events and BBQs for up to 100 guests and 230 with adjoining spaces. A seasonal party package offers exclusive access to the fifth floor, including the Penthouse State Rooms, allowing events to flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Catering highlights include a Spanish-inspired menu or classic BBQ .

IET London – Savoy Place
The Johnson Roof Terrace at IET London: Savoy Place offers panoramic views across the River Thames and London skyline for up to 200 guests. Typically paired with the Riverside Room, the space allows for seamless indoor-outdoor events, making it well suited to larger summer gatherings with adaptable catering options.
