Shake Shack is opening its doors to its newest London location on Wednesday 9 September at 12:00pm, and everyone is invited.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early, with the first 150 in line receiving a free ShackBurger® or ‘Shroom Burger. Opening celebrations will continue throughout the day, with live music, a swag cart and spin-the-wheel activation offering guests the chance to win Shack merchandise or vouchers.

Perfectly positioned within Hay’s Galleria on Tooley Street, the new opening marks Shake Shack’s 21st UK location, bringing its full dine-in experience to the London Bridge area.
The London Bridge Shack blends historic Victorian wharf architecture with a fresh riverside aesthetic. Preserved architectural details and exposed brickwork are paired with modern design to create a bright and contemporary atmosphere.
Illustrations by Tess Smith-Roberts were inspired by the area’s vibrant energy, lively artistic community, and iconic local landmarks, such as Borough Market, London Bridge Station, and the River Thames.

The menu will feature Shake Shack favourites including the ShackBurger®, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Chicken Shack, Flat-Top Dogs and hand-spun shakes, all served with Shake Shack’s signature hospitality and community-first spirit.
