Saudi Arabia’s Culinary Arts Commission will return to Taste of London for the fourth consecutive year, bringing Taste of Saudi Culture to Regent’s Park from 17-21 June 2026.

The stand will offer festival goers an immersive journey into Saudi cuisine, with opportunities to taste traditional dishes, explore contemporary Saudi-inspired products, and experience the hospitality rituals that sit at the heart of Saudi food heritage. Taste of Saudi Culture will spotlight the diversity of Saudi Arabia’s regional food traditions and the ingredients that define them, from Saudi coffee and dates to sweets, teas, street food and slow-cooked specialties.

A central feature of the stand will be a live cooking area, where Saudi chefs will prepare a selection of traditional dishes and introduce visitors to the techniques and flavors behind them. Dishes will include the traditional slow-cooked lamb dish haneeth, alongside balila, a popular chickpea dish, and mutabbaq, a crisp minced meat pastry.

A drinks area will serve Saudi-inspired options, including a mango mocktail with Haili sarar, a traditional chilli spice from Saudi Arabia’s Hail region. An ice cream station will feature local flavours such as kleija, a traditional sweet pastry, and sidr honey. The stand will also feature a curated showcase of Saudi food and craft brands, giving visitors the opportunity to discover distinctive products and take home a flavour of Saudi culture.

Taste of Saudi Culture offers a rare opportunity to discover the ingredients, crafts and customs that shape the Saudi table in the heart of London.
