TGI Fridays™ UK is done playing it safe. The nation’s home of bold, unapologetic dining is back with a fully refreshed menu that delivers on all fronts. Bigger flavours, cult-favourite returns, exciting collaborations and prices designed to make Fridays feel less like a special occasion and more like a weekly ritual.
Rolling out across UK restaurants from today, the new menu doubles down on what guests love most about Friday, indulgent comfort food, high-impact flavour and dishes made for sharing, celebrating and social occasions alike.
A new collaboration with Pantalones® Organic Tequila also brings a fresh hit of star power to the menu, with the launch of Pasta Alla Pantalones® Tequila, a bold new dish using actor Matthew McConaughey’s Tequila. Blending rich flavour with standout value at just £12.99, it’s another example of Fridays serving up personality and feel-good dining without the hefty price tag.
Favourites such as the Blackened Cajun Chicken Sandwich, Sizzling Chicken & Cheese and Wicked Chicken, are all returning to the UK following years of guest requests.
New additions to the menu include Chicken Fajita Nachos, Texas Chilli Cheeseburger, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta, one of the brand’s best-selling dishes globally.
The updated menu also introduces a wider steak selection, including new sirloin, ribeye and rump cuts, alongside iconic Fridays™ Signature Whiskey-Glazed dishes including ribs, chicken, steak and salmon.
The dessert menu includes returning Fridays favourites such as the new and improved Brownie Obsession™ to share, Dirt and Worm Pie, featuring ice cream, Oreo® crumbs, chocolate sauce and gummy worms and the Salted Caramel and Chocolate Brownie Sundae, great to share or keep all to yourself.
