The Famous Three Kings in Fulham is Sports Finalist at this year’s Great British Pub Awards

Following two rounds of rigorous judging, The Famous Three Kings, on North End Road in Fulham, has reached the final six in the Best Pub to Watch Sport category of the Great British Pub Awards (GBPAs). Seeing off hundreds of other entries, The Famous Three Kings’ unrivalled sports viewing facilities and commitment to an inclusive and diverse offer, formed a large part of its success.

The Great British Pub Awards recognise, reward and celebrate the fantastic work pubs do for our country and their communities, the established industry awards is widely considered to be the Oscars of the British Pub Industry.

After winning the accolade for ‘Best Sports Pub’ three years running at the awards until 2018, the team at The Famous Three Kings decided to sit back in 2019 to reflect on its offer. With a recent investment of nearly £200,000 improving its already exceptional sports viewing facilities, the pub now shows more than 50 sports, across 36 TVs, 2 projectors, four skyboxes, one Freeview and nine foreign boxes, allowing The Famous Three Kings to show 1000’s of channels.

The Famous Three Kings has further embraced women into its offer as well, both by showing a wide range of Women’s Sports and by diversifying its menu and offers to include more traditionally female-friendly options. The pub has also added a number of vegan options to the menu and introduced a weekend Bottomless Brunch, where customers can choose from either lager, cocktails or prosecco to complement its delicious brunch options.
