To celebrate this year’s Chelsea in Bloom festival, The Ivy Asia Chelsea is introducing a limited-edition set menu inspired by the colour, creativity and seasonal energy that transforms the neighbourhood each spring. Available for one week only from 18th May to 24th May 2026, the Chelsea in Bloom Menu invites guests to enjoy a curated two or three-course dining experience from £28.50.

Designed for both lunch and dinner, the menu combines fresh ingredients, bold flavours and theatrical presentation, reflecting The Ivy Asia Chelsea’s immersive dining style while embracing the floral and botanical inspiration synonymous with Chelsea in Bloom.

Guests begin their experience with Crispy Wonton Crisps & Poppadoms served alongside a Szechuan dip, before selecting from a range of starters showcasing bright and aromatic flavours. Options include the refreshing Cucumber & Water Spinach Salad with sesame, spring onion and tagine dressing, Spicy Yellowtail Maki Roll with green chilli and pink sesame, Tuna Sashimi with aji amarillo, masago arare, yuzu and coriander, and Sesame Crusted Chicken Gyoza served with chilli crunch and spring onion.

The main courses continue the journey across Asian cuisines and cooking styles. Guests can opt for lighter seasonal dishes such as the Chelsea in Bloom Bowl – a limited-edition special dish, only available for the week of Chelsea in Bloom – featuring salmon, avocado, edamame, cucumber, mango and citrus ponzu, or the Wok Fried Asparagus & Pak Choi with ginger noodles, chilli and sesame. Richer dishes include Robatayaki Saamjang Chicken with fragrant herbs and lime, Tiger Prawn Rendang infused with turmeric, lemongrass, ginger and chilli, and Char Siu Pork Belly glazed in smoky BBQ dressing with toasted sesame and ichimi spice, which is available with a £4.50 supplement. Steamed Rice & Wok Fried Greens (£3.00) with chilli, ginger and crispy shallots is also available to add to the dining experience.

To conclude the experience, guests can choose from a trio of desserts inspired by tropical flavours and theatrical presentation. Taking centre stage is the Zen Garden Orbital; inspired by Chelsea in Bloom’s ‘Out of This World’ theme, the dessert features a striking white chocolate and gold sphere filled with milk chocolate mousse and paired with tropical sorbet. Also available are Warm Passion Fruit & Coconut Doughnuts served with yoghurt dipping sauce, alongside a Coconut Panna Cotta with pineapple, passion fruit and toasted coconut.

Known for its striking interiors, theatrical ambience and bold Asian-inspired flavours, The Ivy Asia Chelsea offers guests an immersive setting during one of London’s most visually celebrated annual events. The Chelsea in Bloom Menu has been designed to complement the atmosphere of the festival, offering a vibrant dining experience for visitors exploring the area throughout the week.

Executive Chef Simon Gregory comments: “Chelsea in Bloom is such a creative and inspiring event, and we wanted the menu to reflect that same sense of colour, freshness and occasion. The dishes bring together seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavours in a way that feels celebratory, while still staying true to The Ivy Asia experience.”
