This summer, at the centre of London’s cultural and nightlife scene, The London Cabaret Club returns with its highly anticipated new production inspired by the most renown Italian-themed films in popular culture. La Vita è Dolce opens to the public on 05 June 2026, transforming the club’s iconic art-deco Bloomsbury Ballroom in Holborn into a world of romance, ambition and old-school Italian glamour.

Three years in the making, this lavish three‑act show blends world-class vocals and captivating storytelling with the club’s signature gravity-defying performances, where Italian romance meets gangster glamour. Inspired by the most two famous Italian-American films, audiences will follow main characters Rosa Caruso and Massimo Nero’s love story blossoming from the heart of their sun‑drenched Italian village. Transported from their sweet upbringing to the electric streets of 1950s New York, enemies become closer than friends purely for business and power games, as La Famiglia’s legacy is rewritten across generations.

In 1950s New York, the rules are simple: loyalty is everything, reputations are currency, and the most dangerous move is trusting the wrong person. Set to the soundtrack of iconic Italian classics, La Vita è Dolce is filled with fiery ensemble numbers, intimate serenades and striking visual details. Low lighting and smoky shadows frame an underground world where sharp pinstripe suits and fedoras conduct business by making offers punters can’t refuse and betraying consigliere meet a watery end.

With the pull of organised family power, La Vita è Dolce charts showcases stories that made these cinematic worlds legendary with loyalty and betrayal, and glamour and danger.

Extending the experience from stage to table, guests can enjoy bespoke Italian film themed cocktails and classic spritzes with an elegant twist, along with an indulgent gourmet menu celebrating Italian heritage. Refined dishes will include Filetto di Manzo al Barolo, Merluzzo al Vapore, Suprema di Pollo Ripiena, Risotto al Limone e Parmigiano, Tiramisù Classico and Panna Cotta al Limone di Amalfi. The evening then continues at The London Cabaret Club’s late-night afterparty, where guests are invited to dance long after the final curtain call.

With creative direction from Doni Fierro, whose international cabaret experience brings a distinctive flair to the choreography, La Vita è Dolce takes audiences from Italy’s most decadent screen fantasy to New York’s most dangerous, all in one extraordinary night out.

Co‑Founder, CEO and Creative Producer of The London Cabaret Club, Evelina Girling, said: “La Vita è Dolce is our most romantic and emotionally rich show yet. We set out to create an experience that transports guests into the world of sleek, old‑school Italian glamour – with a hint of danger. It’s a bold, musical, immersive celebration of everything cabaret can be”.

Co‑Founder and Creative Director Doni Fierro of The London Cabaret Club added: “This story is deeply personal to me. It’s about two people moving across the world to follow their dreams – which is what I did when I left my birthplace in Venezuela to take London’s grand stage. The choreography is fiery, caffeinated, and full of personality – audiences will feel every beat.”

The cast of La Vita è Dolce will include a new performer joining through the club’s emerging talent programme* in partnership with The King’s Trust, awarded a professional contract following a dedicated performing arts course at The London Cabaret Club.

After more than a decade shaping London’s luxury cabaret scene, alongside internationally acclaimed residencies in Cannes and Dubai, La Vita è Dolce builds on the successes of Copacabana, All About Gatsby, London Never Sleeps and many more, extending the club’s cinematic storytelling and theatrical scale further.

Tickets start from £39.50 for matinees, and from £49.50 for evening shows, including pre‑show entertainment, the main production, and access to The London Cabaret Club’s legendary afterparty. Gold, Diamond and Royal Diamond packages elevate the evening with gourmet dining, champagne, and VIP seating.
