UK Ska-Punk Legends Head To London

UK Ska Punk band [Spunge] have announced a tour for October 2021

The tour, originally scheduled for 2020 but pushed back due to COVID-19 will celebrate 20 years (+1) of their sophomore album ‘Room For Abuse’

The band intend to play the album in full, with a set to include hits Ego, Live Another Day and two of their well loved covers, Sublime’s Santeria and their version of No Woman No Cry, for which the Marley estate gave their blessing for the lyric changes.

They will also be playing their most recent single ‘Just Sayings’ live for the first time which was originally set to debut at a Covid secure show at the end of 2020 for a small crowd and a live stream, but again, Covid put a spanner in the works

Having been dubbed the hardest working band in Britain numerous times through the years, this is the longest time [spunge] has been off stage in their 25 year career.

“We all need something to look forward to at the moment, something to plan for. We can’t wait to play live again after what has been our longest length of time without a show in our entire 25+ years together… If you see me facing the wrong way on stage just give me a nudge, it’s been a while…” – Alex Copeland, Singer

Having established themselves as an integral part of the UK punk scene the band have earned themselves a UK Top 40 Single, billing on shows and tours with Greenday, Dropkick Murphy’s and Reel Big Fish amongst others, played festivals including Download, Reading/Leeds and SlamDunk and headlined multiple tours in the UK, Europe and beyond.
