Opening in June in West London, Lillie’s opens at Olympia as a 100-cover rooftop wine bar and restaurant centred around English produce and sparkling wines. The space combines a large weather-proof terrace, designed to move from daytime dining through to evening drinks and events, overlooking the west London skyline.

Arriving as part of the wider redevelopment of Olympia, Lillie’s reflects a focus on homegrown producers, with a drinks list centred on estates including Rathfinny, Nyetimber and Langham Wine Estate. Conceived as an ode to the vineyard and plant nursery which once occupied this part of London, the rooftop offers a unique and spacious setting for everything from relaxed afternoon tea to golden hour drinks, date nights and celebratory gatherings.

The menu centres on seasonal, shareable small plates prepared with British produce, spanning meat, fish and dairy-led dishes. Created to enjoy alongside the wines, dishes include Exmoor Caviar, Carlingford Oysters, Devon day boat fish, Salt Marsh lamb cutlets and a signature lobster roll. Lighter snack options include British burrata with Isle of Wight heritage tomatoes and king oyster mushroom ‘scallops’.

English sparkling wine sits at the heart of the drinks list, shaping both the menu and the overall experience. The selection includes producers such as Rathfinny Wine Estate, Nyetimber and Langham Wine Estate, alongside Champagne and a global range of still wines. Seasonal cocktails bring a lighter, more playful note, evoking the scents and flavours of an English garden. Signatures include the Rhubarb & Custard and Freezer Martinis.

Lillie’s afternoon tea also uses British produce in its menu of sandwiches, scones and pastries. Highlights include the Severn & Wye smoked Salmon sandwiches with rocket, lemon and dill cream cheese and the scones with Cornish clotted cream and Wilkins & Sons English jam. Afternoon tea is available with a curated selection of teas and, of course, English sparkling wines.

The interiors are finished in soft tones with a central marble bar and layered seating for both dining and drinks, while the rooftop terrace features a retractable roof and open views across west London. The result is a space that moves comfortably from day into evening, with a natural shift in energy as the sun sets.
Set within Olympia, London’s newest destination for entertainment, culture and hospitality, a curated mix of bars and restaurants will open alongside Lillie’s under the new rooftop, the Canopy, followed by the launch of the live entertainment venue British Airways ARC on 16 June. The destination will also welcome Hyatt Regency London Olympia from 6 July and citizen M London Olympia in early summer, as part of a wider programme of openings across Olympia. Together, these launches mark a bold new chapter in the £1.3 billion transformation of the 140-year-old London landmark, introducing a vibrant new destination for Londoners and international visitors alike.
