East Village, the thriving residential neighbourhood next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, is welcoming tennis fans and locals to watch all the Wimbledon action from its big screens this summer.
Matches will be broadcast live from Monday 29 June to Sunday 12 July 2026 in the open air at Victory Park, situated in the heart of East Village and surrounded by independent shops, restaurants, bars and green space to explore.
Free to attend and open to all, the outdoor screenings offer a relaxed, social setting to catch every serve, rally and moment of drama.
Deck chairs, big screens and all the Wimbledon action!
Visitors are invited to settle into a deck chair, soak up the summer sunshine and enjoy live coverage of every match throughout the tournament, from the opening rounds right through to the finals.
Screening daily from 11am to 9pm, the event offers over two weeks of uninterrupted Wimbledon action in a relaxed neighbourhood setting.
Whether you’re a lifelong tennis devotee or simply looking for a reason to spend more time outside this summer, the screening is designed for everyone so bring your neighbours, gather your friends or simply drop in for a solo screening during your lunch break.
There will also be plenty of food and drink options, including:
Treats from Signorelli, the much-loved East London family-run Italian bakery known for its artisan pastries, coffee and baked goods. To celebrate Wimbledon, Signorelli will be offering special mini cream and strawberry croissants, alongside Wimbledon picnic boxes.
Residents can also take advantage of a 30% discount on selected treatments at local salon, Regency Beauty London.
WaNaHong’s Taiwan Gourmet Fair will bring a taste of Taiwan to Stratford with authentic snacks, drinks and grocery products.
Leo Matthews, East Village Asset Manager, at Get Living, said:
“Now in its third year, the event has become a much-loved fixture in the East Village summer calendar. Previous screenings have seen crowds of up to 200 people turning up to watch their favourite players or simply soak up the atmosphere from a historic sporting location. With Wimbledon almost upon us, we’re excited to welcome you all to enjoy an ‘ace’ time at Victory Park.”
