DO YOU KNOW THESE TWO YOUTHS? Police appeal for information after a serious assault on Tower Bridge


The City of London Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying two youths believed to have seriously assaulted a man on Tower Bridge on 16 April 2021, which resulted in serious facial injuries.

Officers have today, Wednesday 19 May 2021 released images of the men they wish to identify following the unprovoked attack in the City. The two suspects were part of a group of three that attacked the victim on the north side of Tower Bridge at 20:10 on 16 April 2021. After attacking the man, the suspects left the scene in the direction of Potters Fields Park.

Police Constable, Ben Taylor from the City of London Police said:

“This was an appalling and vicious attack and we need to find the men who committed this unprovoked assault. We are appealing to anyone who may have information that could assist us in identifying these men, to contact us.”

Anyone with information about the identity of these men, or CCTV or Dashcam footage from the bridge or area at the time of the incident, should call 101, quoting reference 21* 208835 or Tower Bridge assault ref PC480.
