Friday evenings just got an upgrade. This summer, Old Spitalfields Market is turning up the volume with the return of Spital Beats – a free weekly live music series bringing DJs, jazz, blues and vinyl sessions to the heart of East London.
Running every Friday from now until the end of August, the market will come alive from 5pm – 7pm, offering the perfect post-work destination to ease into the weekend. Whether you’re catching up with friends over street food, grabbing after-work drinks or soaking up the atmosphere before heading into Shoreditch, Spital Beats pairs live performances with one of London’s best food destinations.

Visitors can expect an eclectic line-up throughout the summer, from DJ sets by Sooyeon to live jazz and blues performances from Spitz, alongside vinyl evenings hosted by The Cockney Sikh x Chai Guys. Street food will be available from The Kitchens, with drinks served from KERB Sports Bar, creating the ultimate Friday evening hangout.
